2. Scope

These terms apply to all services of domein Walbrugge: venue hire, B&B accommodation, piano bar and events. By making a reservation or registering, you expressly accept these terms.

3. Reservations & cancellation

Reservations can be made by phone, email or via the quote form on our website.

B&B

Cancellation of a B&B reservation is not possible. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Events & celebrations

In case of cancellation of an event, the deposit will be retained.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services (B&B) or event services with a specific date or performance period. By making a reservation for a B&B stay or an event on a specific date, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

4. Rates & payment

Our rates are communicated upon quotation or registration and are available upon request. Payment is made by bank transfer or online payment.

5. Events & celebrations

Registration is only final upon receipt of payment or deposit.

In case of cancellation on our part (e.g. force majeure), you will receive a full refund.

6. Liability

Domein Walbrugge makes every effort to provide a safe and pleasant experience. We are not liable for damage resulting from non-compliance with house rules or from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Access to the estate and use of the facilities is at your own risk. We provide clear instructions and safety guidelines.

7. Personal data processing

For all information about data processing, please refer to our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

All texts, photos, videos, blogs and materials on this website are the property of RenoPerfect BV. Nothing may be reproduced, shared or published without written permission.

9. Complaints & disputes

Complaints can be addressed directly to info@walbrugge.be. In case of dispute, only the Belgian courts are competent, specifically those of the West Flanders district. Belgian law applies.

As a consumer, you can also contact the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. The most recent version always applies and is available on this page. Significant changes will be actively communicated.
